Progress of the CAS part 5

5th CAS meeting- 2nd July 2009

Objectives for today:

1. Do up our recurring and adjustment entries.

2. Add new/ unique transaction in GL transaction

3. Continuation of GL data entry form.

For our 5th meeting, most of the things were about to done. We altered and deleted some of our GL transactions because we placed all our GL double entries on the transaction batch which are required in our recurring batch. After some adjustments, I entered the recurring entries; others stared on my computer and told me where were the things that went wrong. After the typing the recurring entries, Jasper opened the new batch and started on the adjustment entries.

While Jasper was doing the adjustment, rest of us were thinking of the unique transaction. Suddenly, I thought of doing the bonus issue that was taught recently.

After adding the unique transaction in our GL transaction batch, we reviewed the work done by LingLe and she went on doing the rest of the GL data entry form.
